Bill Locke’s 1946 Chris-Craft Special Runabout, R-16-221, was built at the “Jamestown Plant,” located in Falconer NY. It was exhibited at the Lawson Boat Museum where it could be enjoyed by everyone. Christened “LAWSON’s,” it was ordered by Dave Lawson Sr., sold locally to the VanAtter family, and has always been on Chautauqua Lake.
Wesps Win at Wine Country Show
Dave and Carolynn Wesp brought their 1968 Century Resorter to the Wine Country show and took the prize for best restored. Congratulations!!
